It's often asked whether it's possible to take good quality pictures using your mobile phone.
Mobile phone camera has come a long way and the technology has improved tremendously throughout the years.

It's no wonder pocket camera is no longer the buying choice for a lot of people. With multi-array camera technology coming next year to mobile phones from Pelican Imaging, Apple's LinX and perhaps new sensor technology that's cook up by Sony will bring wonders to the world of imaging.

The saying 'you get what you paid for' still rings true and a flagship phone always gives better camera quality. Having said that, there are a number of good China brand phones putting good camera features inside their phones. So yes, you can take good photo qualities to a certain extent.

Like all things, it takes skill to bring the best out of it. There are basic foundations when taking photo using mobile phone camera. There's a lot of people out there thinks that filters is the secret to make your photos looks good. Well, actually it takes more than that. Back in the past when I was using iPhone 3G, I used filters to cover the defects of the photo quality taken by the phone. These days, I don't rely on it anymore.

I will share more on the techniques of taking photos using mobile phone in my future articles. For now, I shall end it here with a short tutorial on taking photo using a mobile phone. Till then!
